Tungsten copper powder metallurgy composite (commonly known as tungsten copper alloy or copper tungsten alloy ) is made of the tungsten with high melting , high hardness and the copper with high conductivity, high thermal conductivity. So it has good resistance to arc burning loss and fusion welding ,high strength and high hardness,At the present time, it is widely applied to materials of vacuum and other high voltage switch such as electric contact, resistance welding, electrode material of electron discharge machining, electronic packaging, heat sinks substrate materials of electronic device, radiation shielding materials and high density weight materials etc.
